Thank you for shopping with Happy Hideout. Every product is made to order especially for you, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds work for our store.

Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Please note: This right does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised (such as print-on-demand items), unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us by email at support@happyhideout.store with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate fulfilment address.
Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.

Other International Customers

For customers outside the UK & EU, please contact us at support@happyhideout.store within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss your situation.
We’ll review each case individually in accordance with your local consumer protection laws and our store’s return guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days (unless otherwise stated).

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised, customised, or embroidered items (unless defective or incorrect).

  • Items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. worn clothing or opened drinkware).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Returning Goods

Please contact us first at support@happyhideout.store before returning any products.
We’ll provide the correct return address based on the facility that produced your order.

Our fulfilment partners operate in several locations worldwide, including:

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during return transit, so we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
If you paid for expedited shipping, those costs are non-refundable.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift giver received the item first, we’ll issue the refund directly to them once the return is processed.

Our products are printed and fulfilled by our production partners around the world. Returned items are sent to the appropriate fulfilment centre based on where your order was produced.
Unclaimed or unapproved returns may be donated to charity after 30 days, in line with our sustainability practices.

🌿 We encourage customers to check our sizing guides carefully before ordering to help reduce waste from unnecessary returns, as we can’t accept returns for size or colour preference.
